Agreement to These Terms
These Terms & Conditions govern pool service provided by Pool Services in Oviedo, FL and use of poolserviceoviedofl.com. By requesting a quote, scheduling service, or using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or request service.
Services Provided
We provide weekly residential pool maintenance, green pool recovery, filter cleaning, chemical balancing, and equipment inspection in Oviedo, Florida and surrounding Seminole County communities.
Weekly service follows an 8-point checklist on every visit: vacuum the pool floor, brush the walls, clean the tile line, skim the surface, empty the skimmer and pump baskets, test and balance the chemistry, clean the filter as needed, and provide a detailed report after the visit. Service is performed by reliable local professionals.
Quotes and Pricing
All quotes are provided in person following a free on-site walk-through of your pool. Quotes are not binding until service is agreed and scheduled.
Weekly service starts at $160 per month. The rate is determined by pool size and volume, whether the pool is under a screen enclosure, the amount of tree cover contributing debris, and the pool's condition at the time of the walk-through. Rates may be adjusted if conditions materially change; you will be notified before any change takes effect.
Scheduling, Access, and Interruptions
You will be assigned a fixed weekly service day based on your neighborhood. You do not need to be present, but you are responsible for providing safe and unobstructed access to the pool area, including an unlocked gate or a current gate code.
If access cannot be gained on your scheduled day, the visit may be treated as completed and billed accordingly. Service days may be adjusted for national holidays or severe weather, and you will be notified in advance where possible. Service interruptions caused by weather, utility outages, or conditions outside our control do not constitute a failure to perform.
Working Equipment and Pool Condition
Weekly pricing assumes working equipment and a pool with no structural issues. Leaks, cracks, failing pumps, and failing filters increase chemical consumption and make water chemistry substantially harder to maintain.
Equipment is visually inspected on each visit and findings are reported to you. Inspection is not a warranty of equipment condition, and we are not responsible for the failure of equipment that was already at or near the end of its service life. Repairs, parts, and equipment replacement are quoted separately and are not included in the weekly rate.
Green Pools and Additional Work
A pool that has developed an algae bloom is quoted as a recovery, separately from weekly maintenance, because it requires additional chemicals, extended filtration, repeated filter cleanings, and typically multiple visits. Recovery timelines are estimates and depend on the pool's condition, equipment performance, and weather.
Any work outside the scope of the agreed service is quoted and authorized before it is performed.
Billing and Payment

We may decline or discontinue service where the pool cannot be safely accessed, where conditions present a hazard, or where equipment is not functional.
SMS and Text Message Program
We operate an SMS program that sends appointment reminders, service updates, quote follow-ups, and occasional marketing or promotional offers. You opt in by checking the SMS consent box when submitting a quote request on our website, or by messaging us through our website chat widget.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies, typically 2–6 messages per month depending on your service schedule. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time, or HELP for assistance. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Your Responsibilities
You represent that you are the property owner or are authorized to arrange service for the property. You agree to disclose known hazards, including unsafe decking, damaged screen enclosures, electrical faults, and aggressive animals, and to secure pets on your service day.
You are responsible for maintaining adequate water level and for promptly authorizing repairs necessary to keep the pool serviceable.
Insurance and Limitation of Liability
Service is fully insured. Claims relating to work performed should be directed to us in writing promptly after the issue is discovered.
Pool chemicals are corrosive by nature and normal wear to surfaces, fixtures, and surrounding materials occurs over time. To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, our total liability arising from the service is limited to the amount paid for the service giving rise to the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
